Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the aaa77 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services available at aaa77.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the aaa77 Platform through which you access games and services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your aaa77 Account at any given time, comprising deposits minus wagers plus winnings, less any applicable fees.

• "Verification Documents" means valid Philippine government-issued identification and supporting documents requested by aaa77 for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the aaa77 Platform is prohibited under Applicable Regulations or by aaa77's internal policies.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the aaa77 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments published by aaa77 from time to time.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the aaa77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active aaa77 Account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Management

Upon successful registration, aaa77 will create a personal Account for you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaa77 Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aaa77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email and live chat.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify aaa77 immediately through live chat or the support email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. aaa77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): aaa77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit Verification Documents before your Account is fully activated, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at aaa77's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment methods must be communicated to aaa77 support and may require re-verification.
• Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. aaa77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aaa77 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cash over-the-counter (OTC) at participating outlets.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as specified in the Payments section of the Platform.
• aaa77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits funded by credit facilities, loans, or borrowed funds are strongly discouraged. aaa77 is not responsible for any financial obligations you incur in funding your Account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your Account and registered in your name.
• aaa77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment provider timelines and any verification requirements.
• aaa77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory investigation is ongoing.
• Any active bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements must be excluded from withdrawable balance calculations until those requirements are satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

aaa77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who are 21 years of age or older and who have met the account verification requirements set out in Section 4.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and used within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• aaa77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently through the use of multiple accounts constitutes abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• aaa77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion between players.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the aaa77 Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live game operations are independently audited for fairness and compliance. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• The results of all games on the aaa77 Platform are determined by certified RNG systems or live game mechanics and are final. aaa77 does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or disconnection during active gameplay, aaa77's records shall be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of the affected round. aaa77 will endeavour to resolve such incidents fairly and in a timely manner.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are accessible within each individual game interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaa77 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one aaa77 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access, navigate, or play games on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, in violation of the Philippine AMLA and related legislation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that aaa77, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or the reputation of aaa77.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aaa77 Platform — including but not limited to the aaa77 brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface layout, software, game content, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of aaa77 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use aaa77 branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by aaa77; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of aaa77's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

aaa77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the aaa77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaa77 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and improving your experience on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to safeguard your aaa77 Login credentials or from unauthorised Account access that you failed to report promptly.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, government-mandated shutdowns, internet service disruptions, or acts of third parties outside aaa77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on game outcome information, odds, statistics, or other data presented on the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Any financial loss arising from your decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay on aaa77.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aaa77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Termination & Account Closure

Closure by You: You may request closure of your aaa77 Account at any time by contacting customer support through live chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, aaa77 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by aaa77: aaa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• aaa77 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime involving your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your Account would cause aaa77 to be in breach of Applicable Regulations or any regulatory directive.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, aaa77 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and aaa77 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact aaa77 customer support through live chat or the support email to seek an informal resolution. aaa77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

Amendments to These Terms

aaa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaa77 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the aaa77 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
